Absolute revelation. Cocktail based on wisky, inspired by the St. Martin's croissant, a regional delicacy from Poznań, served on November 11, on the occasion of St. Martin's Day. They even add a white poppy to it! Wonderful 🥰

Cool Non-Goose made with seitan served with homemade steamed roll. For this mousse of cabbage moss and cherry sauce. Moved with sprouts. A tasty vegan version of a special dish on the occasion of St. Martin's Day in Poznań. It's worth a try.
