Something's missing: the holy trinity of GARLIC (could do with a LOT more), GINGER and ONIONS. Ok I get why no onions - it's a Chinese vegetarian stall so everything here is #alliumfree #sgvegan

The vego stall at Toa Payoh’s Koufu had a couple of dishes with dairy in them. So tread carefully. This noodle dish tasted great. Sambal was the star here

Not too shabby. The chai poh was not overly salty. And the kueih was smooth and light. Made for a quick and affordable snack. Found at the dimsum stall at HDB Hub Koufu.
