The flavors and textures were amazing. I love the crunch along with the creaminess of the cream cheeze. The flavor of the sauces are on point. It’s now my second favorite dish at Kensho, with the crunchy cali still at the top 😁

Has delicious “Crab” and the cream cheese and jalapeño go so good together. The seared spam had great flavor and texture and eel sauce was yummy. I would get it again.

My boyfriend who has eaten tuna appreciated how realistic the tuna was in texture and flavor. It wasn’t our absolute favorite of the meal (outshined by the crunchy cali) but still yummy.

My boyfriend and I were immediately amazed by the texture and flavor. Creamy on the inside with a lovely crisp exterior. 1000% recommend. We gobbled up the end pieces before taking the picture.

Kenshō in Westminster in Orange County has absolute incredible vegan sushi. These are the Ninja and Jalapeño Popper rolls. If you’re in town for Disneyland, Kenshō is super close to the airport and totally worth re-routing yourself to eat there.
