Kanada-ya is THE BEST place in London to get tonkotsu ramen which was my favourite type of ramen when I was omni. Although this veggie ramen doesn’t taste like tonkotsu, it has its own umami and I finished that broth because it was so delicious.
I love the noodles at this place too, you can get them cooked to different hardness: Extra Hard, Hard, Regular and Soft. I recommend Hard and so do they:)
