Pardon for the presentation, it wasn't by the vendor stall owner, it was by me. What makes this special is they have black sesame ones as well. People who don't eat alliums have to be aware that they use scallion oil for this. According to them, it's the traditional way of making muah chee and its what makes it taste good.
