Popped in during work lunch to try their mushroom cold soba with citrus, so good and refreshing! The staff was also really friendly while serving us, they have a few plant-based options here which is great.

The yummy stock was filled with porcini flavour and the soy patty was very satisfying. I was skeptical about the patty cuz it tasted so meat-like and the Japanese staff (whom I think is the owner or manager) assured me that it was vegan friendly. He also said was made in Japan, then tranported here. . Love that they pride themselves as serving only pure buckwheat soba. The noodles are al dente and have a bite to them unlike manufactured versions or those that have egg and flour. Herbal flavour is great, they even use Chinese herbs.

The herbal taste of the soup was very thick and there was lots of ingredients like mushrooms, tofu skin, carrot etc. This is also my favourite Soba shop because they make their own soba with organic buckwheat flour from japan!
