We ended up getting four so we could eat two in the cafe while we finished our second round of cocktails, then we took the remaining two into the show with us for a late night snack if we needed it. I enjoyed the density of the shortbread. It made it cleaner to eat that traditional crumbly shortbread. The fudge was nice and dark which made my mouth water. They are served cold from the display case. It's such a fun Italian word to say and was described deliciously on the menu: "fried & breaded saffron rice balls stuffed with our mozzarella & smoked ham". The balls are so big the first couple bites I just got the saffron rice. It was piping hot but so yummy. The breading was salty and there was just the right amount of saffron to make that rice something special. When I got to the ham and mozzarella center there was an explosion of flavor! The ham and mozzarella combination kind of reminded me of chicken cordon bleu flavors. The cheese was so melty and the ham was so savory.
