These were so gentle in flavour but so perfectly done. Came with a maguro tobiko, unagi, hotate caviar, spicy hotate, and fish tempura. I was baffled however at the dressing to salad ratio because they were VERY generous with the dressing, it could have easily been enough for two salads of this size !
