I'm a big fan of #pumpkin any time of the year and it's quite common in Thailand to find a lot of pumpkin in vegan dishes. Pumpkin #curry is always so yummy and filling. Comfort food at its healthiest. This was spiced nicely but I added some chili oil for heat. Not heavy or super creamy which is what I liked , it was kind of stew like. Yummy 😋 #thailand

A really yummy #salad made with crispy fried #soyfree #chickpea #tofu . Surprisingly good, the other ingredients were shredded cabbage with a dressing that tastes a bit like a creamy peanut sauce with ginger. This was part of a buffet they made for our group and I came back for seconds 🤤

A #pineapple smoothie with mint and lime to help hydrate and soothe on a hot humid day. This was a little too icy for me, as I tend to like a more creamy fruity #smoothie but it was still good !

Nothing bad to say about this #noodlesoup ! It has the right components in the right ratios and it's so delicious especially on a rainy day. A tomato and turmeric broth with rice noodles, peanut, sesame, garlic, fermented veggies, green onion, and Burmese #chickpea #tofu . I don't think I would ever order this because even though it sounded good it doesn't have anough fruit for my #fruitfairy ways. But my friend ordered this and it was delicious! It was lemon and cashews blended with banana and charcoal. It really did have a lemon cheesecake flavor. Yummy! I think it would be even better with more fruits ...I ate some with my side of mangoes and that was really good! It's a pretty unappetizing gray color ....but the serving is big and the bowl is pretty. #smoothiebowl #lemon #cheesecake

Ooh this was so good and chocolately! A cacao based drink with an espresso shot and fresh coconut milk but I replaced the espresso with their chicory coffee substitute. It was pretty sweet and I slurped it down quick. I've been on a daily cacao drink kick lately. And how cute is this little heart ❤️ #veganchocolate #sweettooth #latteart

Yummy Shan #chickpea tofu scramble for breakfast. Combined with a good amount of pennyroyal greens. A very unique combination I had never heard of before !! A very greens forward scramble ....Soft, creamy and savory, it's a nice texture and flavor. A bit salty and earthy. A tiny bit stemmy with the greens, there was a slight bitterness too but it wasn't too noticeable. Really nourishing and I suggest a try! #thailand #scrambledtofu #tofuscramble #scramble

I got this with a #coffeesubstitute which is a chicory blend. I really like those coffee substitutes and I liked this one too. The #lavender taste didn't really come through however. It was still an enjoyable drink ! And this place is totally awesome! All vegan :) #latte
