Vegan mozz sticks are scarce in pdx, so when I saw these were available I snatched up a few orders! They come frozen and reheated perfectly in the air fryer. Gooey inside, crunchy outside, and SO much flavor in the breading.

This bowl is delicious, flavorful, and satisfying, less spicy than the Erie Bowl with a slightly sweet sauce. It has Cajun chik’n aka soy curls, black beans, corn, cabbage, tomatoes, onions, red bell pepper, Chipotle ranch, amazing cheesy grits, and collards.
