So happy to have found a full vegan place at Doha’s airport 🙏🙏 This was 50 QAR, which is around 12,50€. A bit expensive, but for airport food is not bad. The taste was good. My only complain is that the açaí was a bit frozen rather than cold and cream like ice-cream.

I mean… what’s not to love about Evergreen Organics. 100% vegan, beautiful takes on classic dishes, all Whole Foods, healthy and sustainable…. This dish was based on middle eastern flavours, with pumpkin kibbeh, batata harra, bamia, cucumber and pomegranate salad, moutabal, zaatar crackers and tahini dressing. It was EXCEPTIONAL. I’ll scream it from the mountain tops. Seriously. If you’re in Doha or planning on stopping by for a few hours during a transfer, get yourself to evergreen!
