Hummus De Edamame

I’ve never had edamame hummus and this was good. The chips were crispy but deep fried of course, cancelling out the good intentions. Still I’d recommend this.

This was kind of dry and likely made a day or two ago. I understand, and appreciate the vegan options.

Nice taste – I was probably craving a carb fix from walking all day. This had crushed peanuts on top, which was unexpected but good.

Tagine De Calabaza Y Verduras

Very nice dish – full of veggies. More a country style of cooking than a gourmet meal – no frills and slightly more cooked.
