Doña Cuca restaurant doesn’t have many vegan options, but they are really nice trying to “veganised” their dishes as you request. They specially made this corn dough gorditas for me stuffed with green and red pepper, onions, cactus, tomate and other veggies. Simply delicious, they hit the spot. Highly recommended!

The Pineapple mezcalita is a refreshing cocktail made with pineapple, miel de agave and of course mezcal. A delicious drink with sour, sweet and Smokey flavors all at the same time. 2 for $150 pesos (aprox 7 dollars) for that cheap you got to try all the flavors 😀

Tortillas chips are perfect on saltiness and crispiness, taste delicious, made with fresh ingredients, good portion, served in molcajete (volcanic stone mortar). Guacamole and chips always a solid plate to start.
