Exactly like the traditional red bean dessert soup you'd find in a 茶产厅 (cha chaan teng), because I'm pretty sure the recipe is originally vegan anyway!
Comforting and just sweet enough, this is a good balance to the medley of fried dishes that makes up Cute Fei's menu.
