unica, speciale, fatta come dio comanda, ingredienti buonissimi soprattutto quei carciofi. sopra tanto olio d’oliva e basilico, impasto che anche da freddo rimane buono senza diventare una gomma da masticare. personale carinissimo e doc del sud italia che mi ha anche aiutato nella scelta della pizza (volevo puntare su una pizza con mozzarella vegana e mi hanno detto che è fatta di soia e quindi un po’ dolciastra, ho evitato….). prezzi altini ma tutto normale in quel di zurigo

An absolutely delicious vegan pizza, with the most perfect dough Neapolitan style, with a friarielli cream base, topped with sundried tomatoes and sliced almonds. Simply amazing! Price was 30 chf (😫) but aligned with zuri prices after all. #pizza #veganpizza #pizzalover #zurich #veganfriendly

Believe me when I say I’m still dreaming about this caponata 😍 One of the best ones I have ever had! I could tell it was definitely made with high quality extra virgin olive oil and plenty of it! It was so savory and simply delicious. The bread it came with complemented it perfectly, but it was not enough to eat the whole thing. The good thing is that the caponata tasted amazing even alone so no need to spread it on bread. Oh and in case you didn’t know what caponata is, it’s a typical Italian dish made with peppers, tomatoes and celery, similar to peperonata or ratatouille. It was worth all the 15 francs it costed. It was the only vegan appetizer of the menu (despite them having a lot of vegan options for pizza) and I also think more #accidentallyvegan than not. #italian #caponata #veganfriendly #zurich #appetizer #veganappetizers

A vegan version of the traditional Margherita. The dough is amazing just like all their other pizzas, here the vegan mozzarella is a little too sweet, which meant that I had to put salt on it to make it better. But besides that still a good pizza, a good choice if you’re missing the cheesy feeling of a pizza. Another amazing pizza from Con Gusto, this time inspired by pasta alla puttanesca: the base is yellow tomato, on top fresh cherry tomatoes, capers and olives with a nice leaf of basil and some high quality extra virgin olive oil. This tastes like the Mediterranean. So simple yet so good. The dough is perfect just like for all their other pizzas. Personally I think this is probably my favorite vegan pizza of theirs so far because I’m not a big fan of their vegan cheese, which is in most of their other vegan pizzas. #pizza #veganpizza #pizzeria #zurich #neapolitanpizza #pizzalover #puttanesca

If you ever feel the need of a real Neapolitan pizza in Zurich, you have to come to Con Gusto. Not only their pizzas are extremely good but they also have a wide array of vegan pizzas too. This time I tried the Tartuferita which had a white base (vegan mozzarella) and was topped with porcini mushrooms and truffle sauce. I go crazy for truffle so this was definitely the pizza for me. The dough of the pizza is perfect, Neapolitan style. Overall I enjoyed this pizza very much but I think there’s room for improvement with the vegan mozzarella, which to me seemed too sweet. The price was 36 chf which is definitely high even for Zurich, but that’s also because it’s a truffle pizza, other pizzas were a little cheaper.
