This pho Hanoi is the classic must have dish. Rice noodles with veggies and oyster mushrooms (eryngii). And my goodness what a lovely broth, especially with a squeeze of lime and some cut chilli. Add 1 eur for extra tofu puffs or soy strips. Fully vegan Vietnamese diner in Mannheim, with lovely food and helpful staff. Beautiful atmosphere. If, like me, you find yourself in Mannheim city for just one night, I recommend paying them a visit for your dinner. English and German menus are available.

Tried Vietnamese coffee ☕️ for the first time and it was a hug in cup. Loved the touch of sugary caramelised floatie bit.

Happily dined at this fully vegan restaurant. This dish contains various types of mushrooms 🍄, tofu and seitan. The sticky rice 🍚 served in a cute bowl made it extra delicious.

These summer rolls were delicious. The quantity is less but enjoyed every bite. Quite expensive this place but so delicious 🤤. For every starter you can choose between peanut sauce, hoisen sauce and vegan fish sauce. I chose the peanut sauce. They can be more generous with the quantity.

#minorityowned This is an all vegan restaurant 😎. The braised tofu was perfect. The steamed veggies went great with the dish. I made a mistake of telling them to make the dish a bit spicy but they made it super salty 😭 so I had to throw out most of the soupy bit. I think they spoiled a perfect dish. Not gonna customise again. I’m so excited to try everything on their menu for my future take outs. #veganheaven
