Loved the vibe of this tropically themed restaurant. They had a mix of different ethnicities represented including Puerto Rican food. The Vegan Rico was delicious - nicely cooked and not overly sweet #plantains topped with #impossible meat crumbles (that I was told was cooked in their own spices and with #passionfruit), vegan cheese, salsa fresca, avocado, and a tangy sauce. It was served with a side salad with a delicious #mango vinaigrette. So many vegan options here, it made choosing difficulty! Loved the flavors and was very impressed. Also reasonably priced and knowledgeable servers. I wish the portion was a bit larger just because it was so good, but it was plenty of food for a nice dinner. #neworleans #louisianavegan #veganisnotscary

This appetizer was unique! I expected bread with a little cheese in it, but it was more like fried cheese. It had a great flavor but was a little chewy, probably from the vegan cheese. This is a very vegan-friendly Latin restaurant in #neworleans . I was actually overwhelmed by all the options! I selected this dish after reading other positive reviews, and because it had a little bit of everything. It had a base of plantain, then vegan beef, beans, salsas and a fresh side salad. I thought it tasted nice enough but didn’t blow me away. If I came back I would try something else. #beans #veganmeat

When researching vegan friendly places in #neworleans, I came across this place. The moment I spotted vegan brazilian cheesebread I knew I would be visiting. The appearance may look different than you’d expect but the interior texture/flavour was spot on. We ended up ordering multiple orders. I haven’t had this childhood food in years and it made my heart happy. #brazilian #vegancheese 😊

Ok. Not horrible. Not amazing. Not too expensive but also quite small of a dish. The chips made up over half of the meal. $14 for base dish with vegan cheese and vegan meat added. There’s nothing memorable about this dish. Not too flavourful. This restaurant is hyped up. It’s just ok. Drinks are good here. #brazilian #veganoptions

You can choose between bean & vegan meat or just vegan meat. I chose the vegan meat as filling. I very much enjoyed the dish. Avocado as topping enhanced the taste. The base was crispy and I also loved the vegan melted cheese. Served with crispy greens.

Beautifully presented dish. This was my first time I have ever tried Trifongo and I did not like it. It is a combination of smashed fried green plantains, fried sweet plantains, and boiled yuca. Interesting combination but i will not order it again.

I have ordered vegan dish Bread with vegan cheese and balls or rather dumpling filled with cheese arrived. I was pleasantly surprised by the unconventional shape. The cheese tasted great but the dumplings were kind of raw and I not cooked enough. Or was it the intent?
