Blazing Salads’ self-serve salad bars feature a range of nutritious, filling and flavoursome options both hot and cold. I tried my best to have a little bit of everything and quickly began to regret picking up the smaller pot. Although you do pay by weight, and at approx €16 per kg this is something to be mindful of.
Assuring organic, fair trade, independent and cooperatively produced ingredients to produce such variety of scrumptious vegan dishes, this place is definitely worth a visit!
You can take your own containers and have them weighed before filling, in order to cut down on waste. There is no seating area but a small designated area where you can stand at a bar. This is a vegetarian and vegan deli, anything containing animal by-products is clearly labelled but please take care serving yourself.
