Delicious! Mushrooms were “meaty”, flavors were superb! We coupled this dish with house salad & appetizer of tomato bruschetta on plain hearty bread. This was the only vegan main dish entree, but highly recommend this selection!

Vegan approved! I enjoyed the Mushroom Zusketti, which was layered with spaghetti zucchini, portabella and buttons, roasted red pepper coulis, and candied walnuts. The slice of rosemary focaccia bread is not Vegan, so my husband ate that. Basil's does an amazing job with their food presentation and delicious entrées. I highly recommend trying it yourself. You won't be disappointed!
