Lots of delicious diced veggies in a lentil broth that tasted as good as it felt for eating something healthy! This comes with butter so be sure to tell them you don’t need it. Vikas Garg1,198 レビューMy first meal in Bhutan 🇧🇹 I really wanted to try Bhutanese food but heard that it’s very cheesy so I found this vegetarian spot on abillion and headed there. As I walked in a beautiful grey cat 🐈 greeted me and I grabbed a book about Bhutan and got cosy. The food was great! They swapped out the cheese for tofu and gave me a delicious dahl to go along with the Bhutanese red rice. The chili sauce was intense 🌶️🌶️🌶️ I wasn’t a big fan of the textured soy. Not sure what it was trying to resemble but otherwise a great meal and a super chill spot to relax in Thimphu. #bhutan #thimphuBhutanese Thali
