Grillad auberginepuré

Grilled and puréed egglant, very tasty 🍆🤩 Simply turned it into a dip with some

sesame flour (or tahini), lemon juice, paprika, salt & pepper (theres already garlic in it). Would like to buy more but no store nearby me sells it :(
