Si tratta di wurstel a base di tofu e lupino, che rappresentano gli ingredienti principali con aggiunta di spezie e addensanti vari. Io li ho tagliati a metà nel senso della lunghezza e li ho fatti dorare in padella antiaderente, come indicato sulla confezione. La consistenza è simile a quella del tofu, morbida e l’interno è quasi “cremoso”. Il sapore ricorda vagamente quello di un wurstel tradizionale, si percepisce l’affumicatura in maniera abbastanza delicata e il mix di spezie tutto sommato è gradevole e non invadente.
