Whole Chipotle Chillies in Adobo Sauce

These are on a crazy special so I bought a few. I have been warned about the heat so I will decant it into a jar and only use a little at a time. #stellenbosch

The most amazing smokey chillies, although it says mild on the can it is hectic hot. I used it to make the most amazing Texan BBQ sauce from a recipe from Wicked Kitchen, this sauce was then used to braze my seitan. So hot, but full of really good flavour. My husband loved this product, I need to go easy on it 🥵
