Used this new white miso paste from Trader Joe’s to make a miso butter mushroom pasta and it worked quite well. This past seems thinner than the miso paste I’ve had before from a tub, but that makes sense considering the packaging. It was quite easy to use though. I think this is a nice addition to TJ as I usually only find miso paste at the Asian market or health food store. $2.99 at Trader Joe’s #miso #misopaste #traderjoes
