I honestly love the vivera’s Greek kebab and I prefer if over their shawarama -
it’s a shame my Tesco hardly ever stock it! I love how versatile this kebab is. Of course I don’t expect these things to taste great out of the box, so I add my seasonings to them.
In this case I seasoned the kebab with my homemade grill spice mix and salt, put it into my air fryer for about 10 minutes, and it was amazing.
We used the Greek kebab to make a homemade Polish style kebab on a plate (hard to get a pita here and I was too tired to make own) and I honestly loved it, I literally devoured it. Some people hate Polish kebab style but I absolutely love it, it’s my favourite, because I grew up in a tourist town in Poland where kebab is the most popular street food.
