They look good and the breading is good but the inside was a little bit mushy for me. Maybe they need to be cooked longer but I didn’t wanna dry them out either. I made them in the air fryer. I’m not against having them again, especially if I can get them for $.99 at Grocery Outlet again.

These veggie rings are so delicious! The texture took a second to get used to because I am used to a normal onion ring. But they are crunchy and even mimic a fried texture and taste, though they are baked. These are regularly accompanying my sandwiches and veggie burgers!
These were pretty good. I should baked them a few minutes longer to be extra crispy on the outside. Flavor was good, and more healthy than regular onion rings.
