This is a great vegan substitute for hoisin duck! Not only is it super tasty and easy to prepare, but it’s actually very versatile. I’ve used this as a meat substitute in stir fries and even pasta dishes and it’s always great! Strongly recommend!

This hoisin ‘duck’ kit’s a bit of fun. And quite the treat. You get a pack of shredded ‘duck’, a packet of hoisin sauce and a packet of mini wraps. And instructions. My only point of reference is a bill bailey song, so i don’t know if it’s a good representation. But it’s tasty, probably great at a party. it would pair with your rice/noodle dish or in a wrap or sandwich too. Linda Mccartney’s my preferred Maccas of course, and truly an institution. For decades now they’ve been a staple at many veg-friendly barbecues, and their sausages have been part of brekkies in cafes, pubs and BnBs in many places. Admittedly i’ve not tried enough of their products, and i realise that some might have dairy, but on the whole, we love the McCartneys in this house. They also happen to have one of the cutest brand logos among the various vego brands around here.
Mmmm this was delicious and I would definitely buy again. Really liked the ‘duck’ which we fried off to make crispy 😋
