A good substitute for chicken meat. It doesn’t have much flavour if you don’t use spices. I made a filling of it to eat with tacos and it was very good. 🌮👍
Lecker gewürzt, ist aber von der Konsistenz her ziemlich chewy. Viel Proteine, aber auch relativ viele Kalorien dafür.
