A fun find. Other faux salmon that I have tried is made with carrots. Sophie’s is soy, but not much protein per serving. Nice portions, salty taste. Texture is a bit spongy.
Love this, so good and tastes very real. Needs to be sliced a bit thinner and would be perfect. Would buy again.
This smoked salmon is delicious for lox bagels! It does look like smoked salmon. The texture is not so much like smoked salmon and the flavor is not as strong, but with a few capers and vegan cream cheese, onions and tomatoes, you can’t even tell the difference! Yummy for breakfast.
Really did not like. The texture was really spongey, like an actual slice of kitchen sponge... No strong flavor but I honestly only had a tiny bite and threw it out.
