Vegan russian salad

Está muy buena, sabor casero. Para abrir y comer. Fácil y rápido.

Para ser una ensaladilla rusa precocinada está bastante bien! Tiene pepinillo también, lo que hace que tenga un gusto un poco avinagrado. Te saca de un apuro y más ahora que llega el calor!

I got the vegan Russian salad as well (as we call it here). It's basically potatoes, carrots, peas and mayo and it was pretty good for a store bought version. I went back to buy more, as it's convenient, but they had already removed last week's offers. #veganinbulgaria #veganin2024

This is called Russian salad ( Руска салата in bulgarian) here but its original name is Olivie salad. It's made out of mayo, peas and veggies. The original non-vegan version also contains eggs and meat. This vegan one I found at #lidl and it's pretty good. So much better than the Tzatziki one. There is sweetness to the mayo which gives it the authentic Russian taste. #dogsofabv #dogsofabillion #petsofabillion
