Vegan Protein Neutral

Al principio lo tomaba disuelto en agua y al ser el sabor neutral no sabía a nada en especial pero no estaba nada bueno, me costaba tomarlo. Ahora lo mezclo con otras cosas y no lo noto. El paquete no es de calidad, al igual que la cucharita para medirlo. La proteína es una mezcla de guisante, semillas de calabaza, soja, arroz, semillas de cáñamo, amaranto, semillas de lino y semillas de girasol. Nutricionalmente está muy bien ya que contiene 80 gramos de proteína por cada 100.

ist ganz okay, würde ich aber nicht wieder kaufen.

This is a protein powder compound which includes pea, pumpkin seed, soy rice, amaranth, flaxseed and sunflower seed proteins. Information States that there's 80 g of protein per 100g of powder which is what I was going for and the recommended portion would be 15 g of powder which totals a 12 g of proteins; carbohydrates are as low as 2 1/2 g per 100g of product which is not bad in my opinion. It's supposed to be unsweetened and flavorless or at least have a neutral flavour. This to me is actually a game changer because I don't like sweets so I mostly use protein powders for soups or the like. tried this For the first time in a broccoli cream tonight: flavour is satisfactory, also I didn't have trouble in in mixing it up even if my personal experience says that it's easier to mix these kind of products with cold liquids. No chunks! For some reason it's not been easy for me to be consistent with a protein powder product: as soon as I find one I like they seem to discontinue the sale so I hope this time I can stick to this one for long enough as to see if there's actual benefit!

Farina che è un mix di piselli, semi di zucca, semi di girasole, semi di canapa, amaranto, lino, riso, soia. Da solo ha un sapore orrendo, ma per fare frullati insieme a frutta è un ottimo apporto proteico.

Ich mag dieses Proteinpulver sehr gerne, besonders mag ich, dass es ungesüßt ist.
