Vegan Honea

I’ve been a bit suspicious of #veganhoney since becoming vegan, since it isn’t made by bees but some other process. However, this weekend I’m doing the three peaks hike challenge and I’m planning on making some flapjacks to snack on, and I need something to glue them together. After trying a spoonful of this #honey on my cocoa porridge, I think this is the prefect thing! It tastes very similar to how I remember honey tasting, but with an extra elderberry flavour, and it is slightly less viscous. The ‘prebiotics’ it mentions is just inulin, which does have some health benefits it seems. Overall, I think it’s a bit too expensive to try again and I’d probably stick to dried fruits to sweeten my brekkie, but it is a good honey mimic! :) #honeybelongstothebees #honeyfree #honeyalternative #ditchhoney #honeyisforthebees #sweetener

It was surprisingly very good didn’t taste like honey exactly but the runny was there and was similar in many ways

Bought this from plantini.co.uk and I really love it. There are a few flavours, this is the original flavour. I have the lavender infused also that I have yet to try. Would buy again.

Tastes like quality honey but no bees or colonies were hurt in it's production! In tea or on toast... lush!
