Devo ammettere di non essere stata molto fiduciosa all'inizio, ma una volta messe in padella hanno pian piano preso forma e si sono trasformate in vere e proprie uova strapazzate! Buonissime!
Allora, odore davvero molto simile, un po’ meno il sapore. Io l’ho usato per la carbonara e si raggruma un po’ ma proverò con la frittata. É molto durevole in frigo (é una polvere) è facile da usare. 📍Esselunga #rifugiomiletta
Avevo grandissime aspettative per un super scrambled egg e invece sono rimasta delusissima. Nonostante avessi seguito le istruzioni alla lettera il composto era molto colloso e il finto uovo strapazzato proprio non mi è venuto. Non lo ricomprerò, peccato perché, sale a parte, come ingredienti mi ispirava assai. Continuerò con il mio tofu strapazzato che invece mi dà sempre gioie!
Preparato sostitutivo all’uovo per omelette, uova strapazzate. Adatto anche ad altre cotture. Sapore molto buono e consistenza ottima. Sapore leggero di formaggio. Serve solo acqua.
