Vegan carpaccio

Loved the taste. I would suggest to reduce plastic and have alternative packaging

I don't think I have ever had carpaccio so I don't have anything to compare it with. I was skeptical about the texture of the carpaccio, but it was nice. It went well with the included pesto and pine nuts.

The vegan carpaccio resembles enough the real one. It is definitely enjoyable. It is a portion for 2 even if seems for 1. I advice it.

This vegan carpaccio with dressing and pine nuts and cheese is fantastic! Do roast the pine nuts for more taste and I prefer extra cheese :)
