Coconut oil ruined my review. Apart from that, it is great! I don't know why but many vegan products have coconut oil. Even if it is virgin oil, fyi, it is not a good oil. Tastewise, this ready to eat beetroot Wellington is great :). Close to Whole-food-plant-based? Mostly. Added sugar? No (thank you guys!) Preservatives? Rosemary extract, which I guess could count as a good thing. My tastebuds loved it. My arteries might disagree. Eat responsibly. Not everything "Vegan" is 100% healthy. In any case, a treat is a treat. And this is the very first time they do such a thing. Keep on working on it Daylesford! You are on the right direction!
