V8 Original Tomato Juice

V8 is the only way my Dad will drink vegetables, and it does a good job of having them! It can be high in sodium so watch out.

When I was vegetarian I still drink "Clamato" because I put it in my ceviche or in my michelada 🍺 now that I am vegan I still looking for clamato alternatives. For this ceviche coctel we prepared it with V8 original tomato 🍅 juice, this was perfect for the coctel, with mushrooms, tomato, cucumber, red onion, cilantro, carrots, limon juice and seasoning. #coctel #veganseafood

My favorite vegetable juice! I love drinking this alone and especially when I prepare chick pea “ceviche”.
