Ultimate Falafel Burger

Gardein’s ultimate falafel burger, two rather large patties per box. I only recently discovered these at my local grocery store and I feel like they’re being discontinued. so I did Google it and apparently they are being discontinued in many many places so I don’t know if it’s a all out pull from the shelf from the company or if they’re just not selling well in certain areas. regardless, I found these to be all right not awful, but not awesome. I would get them if they were on sale, and with a nice sauce, it makes it much better. I was happy to try these before they were vanished from shelves.  Inspired by the beloved Middle Eastern street food, these vegan falafel burgers are made with hearty chickpeas and four vegetables, then seasoned to perfection. Really great alternative to a mock meat veggie burger. Perfect for if you’re craving falafel but want the convenience of a burger.

A tad spicy .. not too much .. but I knew it was there .. this was 5.99 for two patties.. little expensive.. I ate as a burger .. you could do anything with them.

These are pretty good. I would get them again. I actually broke mine up and used it instead of actual falafel in a pita.

dunno if I've seen falafel eaten with mac n cheese before but i thought it would be good cut up into the Annie's shells & pumpkin? anyways i thought the 'burger' was decent. it's kinda dry with a fairly spicy aftertaste. it made the macaroni better lol 😅 you definitely want to keep this on low heat only when cooking so it doesn't char
