Single origin from small farms, it’s rich, not too sweet and very smooth. This surpasses my expectation as a Trader Joe’s branded chocolate :)
I know I’m growing up when this is the chocolate I’m reaching for tonight. It’s some of the best dark chocolate I’ve had in a long time! It’s got layers that help keep it from being too bitter. It’s nice that one square’s enough to be satisfied. Very happy with this last-minute-waiting-to-checkout purchase
