Ube Spring Rolls

I was very excited to see this product. It's not clearly labeled as vegan, but the ingredients indicate it is. It a heavy box with 2 bags of 8 spring rolls in each for a total of 16 spring rolls per box. I used the air fryer to heat up 2 rolls. They are made of sticky rice, bananas, coconut milk, tapioca flour and ube. They are very good considering they are from the frozen section. They are also quite filling. Two of them are like a meal. Highly recommend!
