It's quite expensive but these are a quick and easy source of protein. Gluten-free, Vegan, high in protein, source of fibre. Would recommend, especially for someone with a busy life since it's a convenient snack & nice taste 😋💪🌱

They are sooo tasty but also so expensive as used to cost 2.50 at any supermarket.
A nice enough energy bar, not too unhealthy but not too healthy either.
I really liked this. Sort of a healthy version of a flapjack and very filling
