Whenever we see a vegan product at Trader Joe's, we must try it! This obviously

wasn't as good as homemade Jackfruit curry, but it was good for a quick meal! Definitely more wholesome than most instant foods and it was pretty tasty!

Wish they had more eco-friendly packaging (as always for TJs), but this was perfect for
