Dairy Free Mozzarella Style Shreds

I had my doubts about these shreds as I don’t care for the other TJ’s

vegan shreds, but I was happily proven wrong. These taste great straight out of the bag, AND they melted perfectly on a pizza. I will definitely buy these again.

This was great on pizza but especially liked it on salads

I do appreciate that Trader Joe’s has a vegan cheese but I’m not really a

fan of it to be honest. If it melts - it melts weird - and gets oily easily. It’s not too bad to use a handful of this on a salad but sometimes it’s crumby.

Fake cheese has a long way to go, but this was pretty good in my

homemade pizza. Will buy again.
