I’ve been buying this product for years and continue to enjoy it. It’s versatile and

very easy to use. I’ve used it in pasta sauces, for taco fillings, or even on its own prepared with mustard and onion. It only needs a couple minutes in the pan and always comes out nice and juicy, never dry.

Beyond. It’s great for tacos, lasagna, goulash, anything someone would typically use beef for. It’s my favorite! #veganisnotscary

These #soy-based grounds are easy to prepare--I just cooked them in a cast iron skillet

on the stove-top and added them to a bowl of chili. The taste is pretty bland, so they need to be generously seasoned. That's not necessarily a terrible thing because you should be seasoning your food anyway, but they don't really have a noticeable taste of their own.
Really versatile product that can be used in so many ways! A 60 calorie serving has 9g #protein, 3g #fiber, and a medley of vitamins. Clearly labeled vegan on the #packaging.

This is pretty good ground beef. Texture is a bit rubbery, but cooks up well

for taco beef. Very reasonably priced. Made from texture soy protein. Nice option for a quick dinner. #traderjoes #vegantraderjoes #veganfortheanimals #govegan

For the price, it does a great job. It's not the best and it's not

the worst. I cooked it up with onions, made tomato sauce and threw in some pasta then sprinkled on vegan cheez and nutritional yeast. I tried my very best but could not finish it all. #pastalover #veganfortheanimals #meatlessmeat
