My favourite taifun tofu. Perfect firm, squishy texture & thoroughly seasoned so you can eat this plain & cold & it still tastes good! Though it’s also amazing fried with a little oil. On the expensive side, but it is the tastiest one I’ve come across

Credo uno dei tofu più saporiti che abbia mai assaggiato, forse perché le olive, così come le erbe aromatiche, abbondano. E molto versatile. Io lo faccio giusto abbrustolire un po' in padella a cubetti/fettine e lo accompagno a cereali, insalatone o dentro un panino, anche se è tranquillamente consumabile tale e quale ("a crudo"). Nonostante per me sia un po' troppo sapido, è promosso a pieni voti, tenendo conto che è anche fonte di calcio :) 📍NaturaSi
This tofu was really good. Got this at an organic store in Zwolle, called Odin. At the Jumbo I normally go to they only have plain tofu. This tofu is a little more firm than the Jumbo tofu, but still soft. It had a clear pesto taste. It is pretty expensive for a small amount, but I did really like it. Made a pasta salade with this tofu, pasta, tomato, carrot and vegan green cheese. #tofu #asianfood #pesto #Odin
