Tiras de soja texturizada. Las compré a granel en Veggieroom, suelen tenerlas en paquetes de plástico. Muy versátiles, las suelo usar para fajitas o para hacer noodles. Las hidrato con agua caliente o caldo, unas gotitas de humo líquido, ajo en polvo y pimentón picante. #veganuary #veganisnotscary #soymeat

Para seguir con el #veganuary te traigo estas tiras de soja, que mira que me extraña no haberlas subido ya. En casa las usamos en casi todas las recetas, desde guisos a fritos. #veganagramreviews Estas las compré en Veggan al peso, pero les faltó un cuarto de kilo y me lo mandaron así.
