I was a fan of these, my partner thought they had a funny ‘fennel’ taste. I absolutely LOVE these sausages. They are tasty, so versatile for use in sausage sarnies, sausage & mash, casseroles, sausage rolls - good both cold & hot. And they remind me of the good vegan/vegetarian stuff I could get in the UK when I was younger. The apple, leek, and mustard come through to make these a stand-out sausage (- as the actress said to the bishop!) Ingredients: Wheat gluten, Onion, Organic navy beans, Water, Organic leeks, Apple sauce (apples, water, ascorbic acid (vitamin C)), Barley, Organic Dijon mustard (water, organic mustard seeds, organic vinegar, salt, organic turmeric, organic spices), Organic sunflower oil, Apple juice, Nutritional yeast, Organic cane sugar, Organic garlic, Organic mustard (water, organic vinegar, organic mustard seeds, salt, organic spices), Salt, Natural flavour, Spices, Herbs. + a great 27g of protein for those keeping score!

the taste is actually not bad but i found them to be a bit too dry! i had then with baked beans and toast for breakfast but i think they’d be better bbq’d or in a sauce
