This would have to be my favourite red curry paste that I’ve tried in recent times. Personally I like this flavour better than other brands like Maesri. Very good shortcut to flavour for a quick homemade Thai red curry. Clearly labelled vegan now as well. #thaicurry #currypaste

I wanted a Thai red curry paste that was vegan and I found this at a Coles. Medium spice? 🤔 Yeah, seems about right! I didn't really need the Thai Red Curry Beef recipe on the label though I guess one could veganise it! #glutenfree #currypaste #redcurrypaste

Not all Ayam products are vegan, but the Thai Red Curry Paste is and is a great base for peanut sauce and tofu and veg curries
