Tender Mince

Tbh this looked a bit dry before cooking and at the beginning of frying, but it really soaked up the sauce and flavour and came out very tasty! Good texture too, but they are such tiny pieces I wouldn't say it was like meat mince

Not a bad mince, different from the blocks of mince, didn't have that overpowering smell and browned off quite well. Great to see a bigger range being introduced by the Co-op

Made meatmince cutlets using this (+ chopped cauliflower, spices).

This is a pretty good mince, although not my favourite. Its already broken down into little pieces. I used it in a shepherd's pie and it worked well. #veganin2020

Fucking amazing. It has quite a sweat taste, which I quite like. My only problem is, there's a fine line between dry as fuck, and tasty.
