Sweet Potato & Edamame Burgers

These are really special, great to have something a bit different in a veggie burger.

I absolutely bloody love these. They're SO good! Lovely flavour nice big chunks of edamame. Relatively high in protein for a non meat replacement product which is good too. Yuuum!
