Vital Wheat Gluten (Seitan flour)

I didn't discover this for a while but it's great to give some body to

homemade vegan burgers and sausage rolls. And Suma are one of the most ethical companies around, you can always trust their products

Ordered online and really happy. Comes in recyclable paper packaging. Used to make lots of

different seitan products.

Paid £3 for this Seitan flour at a small organic food shop I won't name.

Made a turkey style deli roast from 86eats.com using this wheat gluten and a xl

tofoo, it tastes really good and versatile.

Essential for seitan - I use this and gram flour to make it and it’s

ridiculously easy! Quite pricey but it’s still cheaper to buy this and make ur own, and it’s so tasty!
